In the unfortunate event you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately or within 7 days of receipt by emailing our support department with a brief description of damaged item and at least one picture of the damage to the item and/or the box.  

You may contact FedEx or USPS to file a claim if you like however this is something we will do on our end so it is not necessary. takes pride in taking good care of our customers. 

 If this has happened to you, we will replace the item at no cost to you and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
